Sometimes life is messy. Sometimes life is hard. And since writing, for me, is a gateway to my soul, I feel compelled to sometimes open the doors and windows, air that chamber out.
This blog is, first and foremost, for me. If I can share some insights or provide some support in any way to a greater audience, I am undoubtedly fulfilled, but this blog ultimately is my goal tracker. My memory preserver. My accountability companion. My healing haven.
Sometimes I don’t want to write a book review because my mind is preoccupied with work woes or relationship stresses or a big vacation that I have coming up. And that is okay. I’ve created a space for just those things.
And this section is not password protected. I choose to let you in. Whether singing from the treetops or choking back tears, I am unafraid to live out loud.
Together, let’s celebrate our pursuit of happiness: Cheer for the wins and be kind to ourselves, to each other, during the setbacks. Let’s rejoice in the fact that we are human and the world is ours for the taking.
